Does KillDisk run on latest Apple Silicon (M-series)?

Yes, Active@ KillDisk application can be launched under latest Apple macOS running on M-series platform.

Apple Silicon (M-series) processors are based on ARM architecture and macOS has built-in emulator to run Intel-based applications. Thus Active@ KillDisk can run both older Intel-based iMacs/MacBooks/Minis and newer M-based ones.

However, Boot Disk option is not available for newer M-series platform, as long as the latest hardware does not support booting from external sources (USB\CD\DVD) for security reasons.

Note:

This is consistent with Active@ KillDisk's general architecture requirements — the bootable Boot Disk/PXE environment requires 64-bit Intel architecture and does not run natively on ARM. On Apple Silicon Macs, KillDisk runs only as a standard macOS application via Rosetta emulation, not as a bootable environment.
